Danish tennis starCaroline Wozniackiand former NBA All-StarDavid Leeare asking for $42.5 million for their lavish penthouse on Fisher Island, a secure oasis within minutes from Miami Beach.
The couple, who have two children —Olivia, 2, andJames, 1 — bought the stunning penthouse at Fisher Island’s Mediterranean-style Palazzo Del Sol in 2021 for $18.7 million, after previously owning another unit on a lower floor. Meaning, that if they get their asking price, they will have more than doubled the value of the home in just three years.

Wozniacki, 33, is a former number one ranked singles tennis player, who has won 30 career titles, including a Grand Slam in 2018. Sheretired from professional tennisin 2020 to start a family, but rejoined the tour in 2023.

Lee, 40, is a two-time NBA All-Star, who started his career with the New York Knicks and went on to play for other NBA teams, including the Golden State Warriors, where he won a championship in 2015. He retired from the NBA in 2017.

“They completed a meticulous restoration and it shows,” Goldentayer continued. “There is a marble media wall, 18-foot ceilings, Art Deco-inspired details, a custom bar, contemporary kitchen, and opulent primary bath.”
