A former Google employee is claiming that the company discriminate against white and Asiatic manly candidates during the recruiting procedure . Arne Wilberg , who form as a recruiter for YouTube for seven years , file a civil cause against Google in January for allegedly retaliating against him when he object to the company ’s recruiting recitation .
