Mike “Boogie” Malin is in legal trouble once again.
TheBig Brotheralum was arrested on Jan. 29 after allegedly shoplifting from multiple CVS stores in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, the Burbank Police Department confirmed to PEOPLE.
They waited for the reality star to return to his vehicle, and detained him while they investigated.

According to police, an eyewitness positively identified Malin as the individual who stole two bottles of alcohol and some energy drinks from the second CVS location. An employee later signed a citizen’s arrest form for the first theft.
Malin was taken to jail for misdemeanor theft and was later released with a citation for a court appearance.TMZwas the first to report the news.
