There’s no greater Christmas gift thanBeyoncé’s halftime performance — and the special guests who joined her.
On Wednesday, Dec. 25, the superstar took the stage during the Ravens-Texans game in her hometown of Houston, Texas, for a breathtaking performance deemed “Beyoncé Bowl.” She entered on a horse, wearing a white-feathered gown and western hat and opened with “16 Carriages.”
As she got off the horse and walked through the back of the stadium, the star donned a red, white and blue “Cowboy Carter” sash to sing her cover of “Blackbiird.” Suddenly, Beyoncé appeared at the center of the field in a bedazzled bodysuit and chaps as she performed “Ya Ya.”

The star-studded event continued withPost Malonesinging “Levii’s Jeans” before Beyoncé hopped on the back of a vintage truck to sing “Jolene.”
The performance was part ofNetflix’s first-ever NFL Christmas Gameday, Under its agreement with the NFL, the Ravens-Texans game, as well as the Chiefs-Steelers game, will be available to watch until three hours after the livestream ends. Therefore, the Ravens-Texans game will expire around 11 p.m. ET.
The Christmas performance marked the live debut of songs from Beyoncé’s latest studio albumCowboy Carter,which also featuresMiley Cyrus,Dolly Parton,Willie Nelsonand more.
The “CUFF IT” singer first announced she was performing at the football game in November in avideo shared on Instagram.
Then, a football was thrown to her and the video panned to a close-up shot of the musician, wearing patriotic attire and a white cowboy hat. A title card then shared more info about the upcoming performance.

This isn’t the first time Beyoncé performs for an NFL game. In 2013, the star headlined the Super Bowl Halftime show andDestiny’s Childreunited onstage.
Then, in 2016, she made a surprise appearance and sang “Formation” whenColdplaywas the headlining act.
Earlier this month, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced that Beyoncéholds the most certified titlesof any other female artist. She now has 103 titles with RIAA certifications.
The singer’s latest album earned Platinum honors, while “Texas Hold ‘Em” is now 2x-Platinum certified. The second single, “16 Carriages," is now Gold certified. Meanwhile, her previous album,Renaissance, received 2x platinum title.
